This report is very unique, and it measures the direction of the compass and its glow very precisely and deeply. It provides information from different lenses; That is, how the leader perceives themselves and how others (supervisors, subordinates, co-workers, friends, and parents) perceive them. It explains the difference between their view of themselves and others' view of them with transparency and clarity, puts them in front of the truth when it embodies their strengths from its perspective, and tells them if others also see them as strengths! If others do not see them as the leader does, then where is the gap? It offers the leader amazing solutions to balance their view of themselves with that of others to become a captain that overcomes the flood to safety.

How does GP360™ work?

(GP360™) operates in a similar way to the (GPL™) Metric and contains all the features of the (GPL™) Metric. However, the difference is that it is a multi-assessor metric. It shows you the report after combining your own perceptions of yourself with those of other people who know you well and are within a 360-degrees around you. It needs you and others to complete it.

Once you decide to do it, you will be sent step-by-step instructions on how to decide who will assess you and their rank, as well as instructions for performing the (GPL™) Metric. When all the assessors you have selected have finished assessing you, we will contact you to review and display your results in a stunning way.

To achieve remarkable results from (GP360™), we suggest assessors to be assigned according to different groups, and we suggest the following groups:

  • Chief or line manager.

  • Co-workers.

  • Lower-level employees.

  • Friends or some family members.

With a minimum of three to four assessors in each group, we will be able to obtain very distinct comparisons between an individual's self-assessment and how other assessors assess them. By discussing these results, you will present an effective and impressive action plan to achieve the desired change.

How do you measure the return on investment?

You can perform the GPC360™ Metric: LeaderPAS 360 Comparison Report - (with self):

It is performed to measure the new change. When the applicant who previously performed the LeaderPAS 360 Metric wants to perform the Metric again after some time to measure their level, they will get then a new report with all their previous results compared to their new results.
