This program is for you! It is for everyone who wants to have a precise compass that glows in the hearts of their team expressing their talents with absolute freedom and unlocking their unique capabilities and potential regardless of the difference of individuals, thought, gender, color, race, religion, culture, customs, traditions, and tribe. This program presents you a turning point to be a member of the team that works for a great vision, a defined course, one achievement, and as one heart!
This program is for everyone who wants to work together with others employees who are passionate about reaching great visions, exceptional organizations that seek high performing teams, and for leaders who are looking for unbeatable teams.
- Each participant will perform an online LeaderPAS Metric (GPL).
- The team gets a TeamPAS (GPT) report
- Program participants will receive a group session to interpret and present the report by the program trainer. A one-on-one demonstration session is available upon request

- Rearrange their priorities and organize their time according to what is most important for the benefit of their team and themselves

Therefore, they must unmask their principles, beliefs, and values, and they must engage in the search for talents and the energies within them. Consequently, they open their minds and work together with the voice of an attentive conscience, so their resolve becomes stronger, and their self-confidence increases. Here each of them will be able to:

The team members connect to their essence and truly discover their glowing compass. They work together to harmonize their mission in life with the mission of their organization and translate it into great visions, inspiring roles, supreme goals, and precise plans, and they continue their lives carrying the glow of the compass that always lights up the track for them. They live the moment and give every breath its right, and they live together in harmony
Here each of them will be able to:
- Have a glowing internal compass that shines in their conscience and motivates them in the most difficult circumstances
- Connect their dreams, vision, and goals to the vision of the rest of the team members so that all of them come together
- Employ their energies and those of the rest of the team to maximize achievements
- Understand their roles and those of others and plan together to meet them in balance
- Have powerful goals and plans for which they live and die
- Eat the daily breakfast of exceptional teams represented by continuous assessment
- Live with others the moment with joy and happiness
Unit four: Navigation
Here you soar with your skills!
Here team members honor their unique style of communication, decision-making, periodic assessment, and effective delegation. They all master the language of teams consisting of two letters “we”, accept others as they are until they reach together where the glowing compass guides them, and have a great balance between their differences
Here each of them will be able to:
- Practice an effective balance between their perspective and that of others
- Speak fluently the team language of the two-letter "we"
- Possess the secrets of harmony with others in the most difficult situations
- Make decisions that are in the best interests of their organization and subordinates and bring them the highest profits
- Weekly follow-up of projects, plans, and objectives and assess progress
- Be flexible and adapt to all business variables regardless of severity
- Raise the quality of their performance and those around them to the highest standards so that their actions exceed all expectations
- The team members leave the program fully equipped to lead their new personal and professional life with a new spirit, carrying inspiring techniques and tools full of ideas, strategies, models, processes, commitments, and business plans that give their business and live a more noble meaning
- Each participant can re-apply online LeaderPAS Comparison Metric (GPCL) - with self to measure the revenue from the training
- The team gets a TeamPAS Comparison Report (GPCT) (with self)
- If there are more than one team participating in the same program, the participating teams will receive a TeamPAS Comparison Report (GPTT) (with another team)
- Each participant who applied to the comparison metric will receive a one-on-one explanation session to interpret the report by a certified assessor
