This program is for everyone who loves to understand and support others , HR professionals responsible for hiring, leaders who want to get behind the scenes, exceptional organizations who want to discover and grow talents, for trainers, teachers, and coaches, and for everyone who works alongside others.
- Each participant will perform an online LifePAS Metric (GPD).
- Program participants will receive a one-on-one session to interpret and present the report by the program trainer

GlowPAS (GPA ® ) Metrics have strong characteristics and traits according to psychometrics and they provide information after collecting, sorting, analyzing, and processing it in reports that are the best in their category among the various standard metrics and are statistically reliable. - Have the templates, techniques, and tools that enable you to deliver the explanation sessions of GlowPAS (GPA ® ) Reports brilliantly, give clients a comprehensive, detailed, and analytical view of their current level, and draw a plan with many support tools to move to their desired future

- Two coaching sessions

- More than thirty hours of supervision, follow-up, and guidance to ensure optimal results
- Perform a LifePAS Comparison Metric (GPCD) with self to measure the revenue from the training in addition to a one-on-one session to interpret the report by a certified assessor
