Make the most use of GlowPAS techniques and tools for organizational transformation
You apply basic and deep concepts as a consultant working to develop the necessary solutions to the challenges facing organizations, and you will work with a GlowPAS consultant on planning your consulting process, all through virtual (online) study sessions, e-Learning, case studies, and projects.
In terms of organizations, you will reconsider the use of GlowPAS (GPA ® ) Metrics from a strategic perspective. You will see organizational challenges in a new light as you “look through the big facts, principles, and cosmic laws” to understand how you will support your clients in developing the concept of compass, thinking techniques, strategies, and skills from GlowPAS. You will be able to:
- Analyze and identify opportunities in a manner that builds commitment and effective engagement with high performance
- Organize consulting intervention that increases ROI. For example, reducing time, maximizing results, reducing expenses, and maximizing profits, etc
- Use (GPA ® ) to move from situation awareness to individual transformation to organizational transformation
